How does setup work in a hotel?

After you book the suite, we contact the hotel to arrange a setup window before you arrive. The room is fully styled — flowers, petals, candles, and balloons — by the time your guest walks in.

Can I choose the color palette?

Yes. Our signature palette is Van Gogh's Starry Night — powder blue delphiniums, yellow ranunculus, and white daisies. We also design in blush garden, classic white, romantic red, and custom palettes built around her favorite color.

What flowers do you use?

Pedestal arrangements typically feature delphiniums, ranunculus, daisies, hydrangeas, garden roses, and seasonal accents. The bouquet at the center of the heart is built from pink and white roses. Final selection is confirmed in your proposal.

Can this be designed as a proposal or anniversary surprise instead?

Yes. The same setup works for marriage proposals, anniversary getaways, babymoons, and just-because surprises. The "Happy Birthday" sign is swapped for a custom sign — "Will You Marry Me," "Happy Anniversary," or anything else you'd like.
