All of our bouquets are wrapped with water bags to keep the flower fresh.

  • Always hold the bouquet upside, refrain from tilting the bouquet
  • Flowers will last 1-2 weeks in water, we suggest to place flowers in cool temperature locations and avoid sunlight

Please note that no bouquets can be 100% replicated due to the nature of handmade products.

All of our bouquets are handmade, thus some minor discrepancy may exist in your bouquets, but all of our bouquets are quality controlled for your satisfaction.

    What is your shipping and return policy?

    No return & exchange services available for fresh flower products.

    RETURNS

    1. Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return eligible preserved flower products for either a refund or exchange.
    2. Defective or Damaged Items: Should you receive a defective or damaged preserved flower product, please notify us promptly, and we will promptly replace it.
    3. Condition and Packaging: To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned preserved flower products must be unused and in their original packaging.
    4. Handling Fees and Shipping Costs: Please note that handling fees and shipping costs are not refundable once the order has been dispatched.
    5. Return Shipping: The responsibility for return shipping falls upon the buyer unless the return is due to product damage or defect.

    EXCHANGES

    1. Eligibility: We accept exchanges only for preserved flower products of the same value and style as the original purchase.
    2. Alternate Style/Product: If you desire an exchange for a different style or product, we recommend returning the original items for a refund and placing a new order for the preferred items.
    3. Stock Availability: All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable upon receiving your return, a refund will be issued in its place.
    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free shipping for order $50+ for all products except fresh floral products, which we can only deliver or pick up in the NYC area.
