RETURNS

1. Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return eligible products for either a refund or exchange.
2. Defective or Damaged Items: Should you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us promptly, and we will promptly replace it.
3. Condition and Packaging: To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
4. Handling Fees and Shipping Costs: Please note that handling fees and shipping costs are not refundable once the order has been dispatched.
5. Return Shipping: The responsibility for return shipping falls upon the buyer unless the return is due to product damage or defect.

EXCHANGES

2. Alternate Style/Product: If you desire an exchange for a different style or product, we recommend returning the original items for a refund and placing a new order for the preferred items.
