What is your shipping and return policy?
No return & exchange services available for fresh flower products.

RETURNS
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return eligible products for either a refund or exchange.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Should you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us promptly, and we will promptly replace it.
- Condition and Packaging: To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Handling Fees and Shipping Costs: Please note that handling fees and shipping costs are not refundable once the order has been dispatched.
- Return Shipping: The responsibility for return shipping falls upon the buyer unless the return is due to product damage or defect.
EXCHANGES
- Eligibility: We accept exchanges only for products of the same value and style as the original purchase.
- Alternate Style/Product: If you desire an exchange for a different style or product, we recommend returning the original items for a refund and placing a new order for the preferred items.
- Stock Availability: All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable upon receiving your return, a refund will be issued in its place.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for order $50+ for all products except fresh floral products, which we can only deliver or pick up in the NYC area.
