When creating unforgettable wedding decor in New York, thoughtful details bring a love story to life. For Renee and Addison’s colorful vineyard wedding in September 2024, FlowerEver had the honor of designing a floral experience that was vibrant, romantic, and full of heart.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of Corey Creek Tap Room in Long Island, their day was filled with color, laughter, and the kind of magic only a vineyard celebration can offer.
A Colorful Vision, Brought to Life
From the very beginning, Renee knew exactly what she wanted: a wedding that felt joyful, natural, and completely her own. Inspired by the energy of dopamine colors, she envisioned bright blooms, playful textures, and an atmosphere that would leave every guest smiling.
Our design leaned into her vision—mixing vibrant florals, fresh citrus accents, and garden-style details that felt effortless but intentional.
The Ceremony: A Garden in Full Bloom
The ceremony took place between the vineyard rows, with open skies above and endless greenery stretching beyond.
We lined the aisle with lush, colorful florals, creating a soft, organic path leading to a custom flower arch bursting with roses, ranunculus, delphinium, and delicate greenery.
The arch was designed to feel like it naturally belonged among the vines—free-flowing, romantic, and full of life.
Guests were welcomed with a custom floral welcome sign, a simple but beautiful touch that set the tone for the day.
Repurposing Ceremony Flowers for the Reception
One design choice we love sharing with couples is the idea of repurposing ceremony flowers into the reception decor.
After the vows, we carefully moved the aisle flowers to surround Renee and Addison’s sweetheart table—creating a lush, abundant scene without any extra waste.
It’s a thoughtful, sustainable approach that not only maximizes your floral investment but also keeps the celebration feeling cohesive from start to finish.
A Sweetheart Table with a Citrus Twist
To add a playful, refreshing touch, we incorporated lemons, oranges, and grapefruits into the sweetheart table design, just as Renee had envisioned.
Nestled among soft candlelight and colorful blooms, the citrus fruits gave the tablescape a lively, cheerful feel—perfect for a late summer wedding at a vineyard.
Adding fruit to wedding florals is a rising trend for 2025 weddings, offering a creative way to bring color, texture, and a bit of whimsy to your decor.
Reception Tables: Color, Movement, and Light
Each guest table featured a different mix of colorful florals, arranged in a loose, garden-inspired style.
Above, we added extra vines to the wood pergola, softening the structure and creating a feeling that the vineyard itself had grown into the space.
As the sun set and the string lights began to glow, the terrace transformed into a magical, flower-filled garden party—warm, lively, and unforgettable.
A Celebration Full of Heart
What made this wedding truly unforgettable wasn’t just the flowers or the colors—it was the happiness that filled the air.
From Renee and Addison’s glowing smiles to the laughter of their guests under the stars, every detail came together to create a day that felt real, effortless, and full of love.
It was a joy for FlowerEver to help bring their story to life, from proposal to wedding day, and we feel so honored to have been part of such a beautiful chapter.
