About Our Flower Shop and This "Dopamine-infused" Proposal

We have recently been approached by a client who wanted a do a proposal photoshoot in central park.
The client wanted a fresh floral arch with a "Marry Me" light hanging off the arch. Specifically, the client requested a dopamine color palette. This color palette has been very trendy in summer 2024 weddings after celebrities like Gong Hyo-jin used it for their weddings. The dopamine color palette consists of variety of bright and flamboyant flowers. It conveys an impression of youthfulness and cuteness to the world.

To create this color palette, we used a vibrant mix of oranges, yellows, pinks, and blues florals on our signature crescent arches.
We used fresh flowers like roses, carnations, and hydrangeas to create a flower arch that perfectly complements the surrounding tranquil water and city skyline.

Why Central Park is the Perfect Proposal Spot

Whether you’re looking for greenery, lake view, or iconic NYC architecture, Central Park has it all.
Here are some of the best spots that you can go to for your photoshoot:

1. The Bow Bridge – One of the most photographed places in Central Park, Bow Bridge offers stunning views of the lake and the city skyline, providing a romantic and picturesque backdrop.

2. Bethesda Terrace and Fountain – Known for its grand architecture and the historic water fountain, this is an elegant spot with lots of character and history.
3. Conservatory Garden – This formal garden is a hidden gem in the park and offers a quiet and intimate atmosphere for those seeking a more private moment.

For our clients, we recommended a popular lakeside photo spot where they could be surrounded by nature. . The glistening lake, framed by the fresh, colorful flowers, provided a serene setting for such a personal and emotional moment.
