A Romantic Summer Wedding at Liberty House NJ: Eric & Amy's Love Story

This summer, we had the honor of being part of Eric and Amy's journey from proposal to wedding. It all started at the enchanting 620 Loft & Garden, where Eric proposed to Amy with an elegant, timeless backdrop of green and white florals. The couple loved our design so much that they asked us to bring the same vision to life for their wedding day, this time at the stunning Liberty House in New Jersey.

The day was absolutely perfect, with the gorgeous Manhattan skyline providing a breathtaking view as Eric and Amy said their vows. The summer sky was crisp and blue, making the fresh, natural floral arrangements stand out even more.

The Arch: A Statement of Romance
One of the key features of the ceremony space was the floral arch we created for the couple. Using fresh white roses paired with lush greenery, we designed an arch that exuded understated elegance. The roses symbolized the purity of their love, while the greenery added a touch of nature's vibrancy, perfectly framing Eric and Amy as they exchanged their vows. The arch was strategically positioned to capture the skyline in the background, resulting in a picture-perfect setting that made each moment feel even more magical.

Centerpieces: Cloud-Like Elegance
For the reception, Amy wanted something dreamy and airy, so we opted to use baby's breath for the centerpieces. The delicate, cloud-like effect of the baby's breath added a softness to the space, creating a romantic and ethereal atmosphere for their celebration. We arranged them in simple, elegant vases, letting their subtle beauty speak for itself. The minimalistic yet sophisticated look was a perfect match for the couple's green and white theme.

Reception Details
To complete the decor, we also included personalized table cards, floral accents at every table setting, and soft candlelight to add warmth to the evening. The entire event was a testament to Eric and Amy's love for natural elegance and the joy of sharing their special day surrounded by friends, family, and the beauty of nature.

Tips for 2025 Summer Weddings
If you’re planning a 2025 summer wedding, here are a few tips to keep in mind:

1. Choose a Scenic Venue: Venues with natural beauty like Liberty House make for stunning backdrops that need minimal décor.
2. Embrace Seasonal Florals: Use flowers that are in season to ensure they’re fresh and vibrant – roses and baby's breath are summer favorites that create a timeless, elegant look.
3. Consider the Weather: Outdoor summer weddings are beautiful, but make sure to plan for shade or provide parasols for guests to keep everyone comfortable.
4. Stick to a Light Color Palette: Greens, whites, and soft pastels work beautifully for summer weddings, giving a fresh, airy feel to your decor.
5. Incorporate Personal Touches: Adding small details like personalized table cards or favorite flowers can make your wedding truly memorable for you and your guests.

We loved being a part of Eric and Amy’s special day and wish them a lifetime of love and happiness. If you’re planning your own dream wedding, feel free to reach out to us – we'd love to help make your vision come to life!
