Floral Design for a Skyline Wedding | Ashley & James at Envue

Planning a wedding with the New York skyline as your backdrop is always special. Ashley and James dreamed of a day that felt timeless, elegant, and welcoming for their guests. At FlowerEver, we were honored to bring that vision to life with thoughtful blue and white floral designs that matched their style perfectly.

Their ceremony and reception took place at Envue, a rooftop venue with sweeping views of Manhattan. We worked closely with the couple to make sure every floral detail — from the aisle arrangements to the reception centerpieces — reflected their love story.

Romantic Ceremony with Blue & White Flowers

For the ceremony, we designed a circle arch of lush blue hydrangeas, white roses, and fresh greenery. The round shape symbolized unity and eternity, while the flowers framed the breathtaking NYC skyline in the background.

The aisle was lined with clusters of soft blue and white blooms, welcoming guests into the space with warmth and beauty. As Ashley walked down the aisle, the flowers created a natural path that made the moment unforgettable.

To greet guests as they arrived, we styled a welcome table and custom mirror sign with the couple’s names — small details that helped set the tone for the celebration.

Elegant Reception Details

At the reception, Ashley wanted the atmosphere to feel refined but still warm. We achieved this by styling centerpieces in blue and white placed on varying heights of acrylic stands. The staggered design gave the room depth and movement, while still keeping the tables open and airy.

To add a sweet touch, each guest was gifted a pink macaron box from Ladurée — a detail that brought Parisian charm into the celebration. Together, the flowers and décor created the perfect mix of elegance and romance, just as Ashley had envisioned.

From the welcome sign to the ceremony flowers and reception centerpieces, the décor guided guests through a seamless, beautiful experience.
